Treatment Coordinator

$25–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Our brand-new state of the art dental practice is looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator .

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while supporting the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include: - Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care - Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments - Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication - Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation - Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For - Experience in dental treatment coordination - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and patient scheduling - Organized, adaptable, and motivated to help build and improve systems - Positive, team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach - Someone who enjoys growing with a practice and contributing to long-term success

Schedule - Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - No weekends

Requirements

Requirements - 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator - Strong sales skills/personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
