Studio Coordinator - Upper West Side

Role Summary :

Heatwise is seeking customer service rock stars to serve as Studio Coordinators for our studios.

A hospitality pro: friendly, hyper-organized, service-oriented, and exceptional attention to detail. You approach your work with a no-job-too-small attitude and are passionate about helping people, community-building, and providing an incredible client experience.

What You Will Do: - Open and close studio - Greet clients and complete check-ins, delivering an exceptional client experience - Welcome and tour new clients  - Assist clients both in-person and via phone to help with their accounts, inquiries and general customer service - Ensure studio and lobby maintain flawless appearance at all times - Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations - Manage Mariana Tek (POS system) - Assist Heatwise Leadership with additional responsibilities as assigned during shift

Qualifications: - Warm, welcoming, fun-loving, hard-working  - Passion for customer service - 1+ year(s) hospitality and/or sales experience preferred  - Excellent communication skills - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends  - Music lover
