About the Role

The Manager, Procurement –   Audits and Risk   mgmt.   for   Ind irects   and   Enterprise risk reporting   is responsible   for   strengthening governance, transparency, and risk resilience across the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle   for   indirects   services and materials . This role ensures procurement activities not only   comply with   internal policies and external regulations but also contribute to enterprise-wide risk visibility and reporting.

K ey   R esponsibilities

Procurement Audit & Compliance   - Design and execute audit programs across   in direct materials   & services   sourcing (e.g.,   media, non-working media, professional services, office supplies, HR services)   - Assess adherence to procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements   - Execute second-line assurance activities to assess operational compliance with the framework ,   identifying   gaps and driving corrective actions   - Collaborate with   Internal Audit and Compliance teams on risk-based audit planning

Risk Management   - Develop and   maintain   a procurement risk framework covering supply, financial, geopolitical, ESG, and operational risks   - Monitor   supplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring (financial health, capacity, single-source exposure) , in close alignment with   the   category strategies and   TPRM process   - Build end-to-end sourcing and contracting process   in line with risk framework, tool   roadmap   and future state goals   - Monitor and keep oversight of   mitigation strategies including dual sourcing, contract safeguards, and contingency planning   - Lead risk reviews for critical suppliers and high-value sourcing decisions   - Support the reporting into relevant Supply Risk forms including material preparation and generation of reporting metrics

Enterprise Risk Reporting (Internal & External)   - Translate procurement risks into enterprise-level risk insights for senior leadership and Board reporting   - Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps for inclusion in enterprise risk reviews   - Contribute to quarterly and annual enterprise risk disclosures (e.g., annual reports, regulatory filings)   - Ensure procurement risks are accurately reflected in financial and non-financial reporting frameworks   - Partner with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to align procurement risk metrics with corporate reporting standards   - Support external audit and regulatory reviews by providing documentation, evidence, and risk narratives   - Drive consistency and transparency in how procurement risks are communicated across regions and business units

Contract & Commercial Governance   - Ensure contracts include   appropriate risk   protections (e.g., liability clauses, price mechanisms, service levels)   - Review and audit   contracts to   identify   gaps    - Support dispute resolution and claims management with suppliers

Data Analytics & Insights   - Use data analytics to   identify   anomalies, cost leakage, fraud indicators, and compliance gaps   - Develop dashboards and KPIs for procurement risk and audit performance   - Provide   actionable insights to senior stakeholders to improve sourcing strategies

Supplier Governance & ESG   - Assess supplier compliance with ESG, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards   - Support responsible sourcing initiatives and regulatory requirements (e.g., modern slavery, conflict minerals)   - Monitor   supplier improvement plans and   monitor   corrective actions

Stakeholder Engagement   - Partner with Procurement   buyers , Finance, Legal,   Risk   and Operations teams globally   - Act as a trusted advisor on procurement risk and governance matters   - Deliver training and awareness programs on procurement compliance and risk management

Qualifications & Skills:    - Bachelors - Business,   Procurement, Risk Management,   related field s   or any Bachelors, combined with relevant experience   - Preferred: Master’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain,   Procurement, Risk Management,   related field s )   - Good to have: Procurement or related certifications (e.g. CPSM, CPIM, PMP)   - 7- 10   years in procurement   risk management, procurement   sourcing   or TPRM   - Deep   expertise   in   risk and audit   management    - Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.   - Demonstrated ability to   operate   at both strategic and operational levels.   - Strong understanding of procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle   - High level   of fluency in spoken and written English   - High level   of   proficiency   with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)   - Experience of managing directly and influencing people indirectly; influence senior stakeholders and strategies within and outside of own organizational unit   - Ability to motivate colleagues and work in partnership with others to drive, implement and support change   - Strong analytical,   written   and verbal communications, and influencing skills. Specifically developing presentations and business cases for executive audiences   - Solid understanding of procurement best practices, policies, and tools   - Experience managing the successful delivery of large projects and with end-to-end service / operations managemen t   - Significant experience   working in a matrix business environment, preferably with global teams   - Demonstrated high learning agility; proven ability to solve complex problems with limited oversight   - Ability to work in high pressure environment, often under tight deadline s   - Motivation for professional development and willingness to coach,   mentor   and train others
