Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities - Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. - Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. - Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems. - Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions.

Requirements - Active LPCC license in California (required). - Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred. - Comfortable using telehealth platforms. - Strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills.
