Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: American Canyon,California Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000.00 - $120,000 per year + benefits
Start Date: Immediate or Negotiable
Are you a licensed LMFT passionate about making a difference from the comfort of your own space? We’re looking for professionals like you to join our growing team of mental health experts, providing high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families across California.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms - Work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families - Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals - Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation - Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and administrative staff
Requirements - Active LMFT license in California (required) - Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field - Strong clinical skills and experience in evidence-based therapy practices - Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms - Excellent communication and organizational skills
