Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Needed in Hawaii

Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM
Responsibilities: - Deliver personalized therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, based on each client’s specific needs. - Work closely with a team of compassionate mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care. - Keep detailed records of client progress to ensure treatment plans stay relevant and effective. - Stay engaged with ongoing learning and evolving mental health practices to continually enhance your care.
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements - A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. - Active licensure as an LMHC (or an equivalent certification). - Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad range of mental health concerns. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. - Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a dynamic team.
