Location: Minnesota Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to adult clients throughout Minnesota. The LICSW will provide therapy, evaluate client needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and support clients working through a range of mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and life transitions. This role requires strong clinical skills, accurate documentation, and the ability to provide consistent care in a remote environment.

Responsibilities - Provide individual psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform - Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations - Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress - Support clients experiencing mental health concerns, stress, and life changes - Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation - Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines

Requirements - Active Minnesota LICSW, LMFT or LPCC license - Master’s degree in a related field - Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience - EHR proficiency
