Automotive Assembly Associate

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Options & Pay:

1st Shift - 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. - $15.00 per hour

3rd Shift - 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. - $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium - Total pay: $17.00 per hour

Pay Increase: - Employees receive a $1.50 per hour raise after 3 months.

Requirements

Responsibilities: - Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions - Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components - Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met - Use basic hand and power tools as needed - Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications: - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required - Ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift - Strong attention to detail and quality - Reliable transportation and good attendance
