FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Position Overview - As our practice expands, your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff. - You’ll continue doing what you do best, treating patients, while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops. - You won’t be doing this alone. What You’ll Do Clinical Care

Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment patient care plans

Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients

Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or license-eligible) - Leadership or management experience preferred - Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients - Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader - Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team - Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths
