About the Role: Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance.

This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations - Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans - Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress - Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals - Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation - Stay current with ABA research and best practices

Qualifications: - Tennessee LBA license (required) - BCBA certification (in good standing) - Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities - Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused

Schedule: - Flexible daytime hours - Day shifts, Monday to Friday - Start part-time (5–25 hours/week) with potential to scale up
