Responsibilities - Oversee property management operations in the assigned region to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. - Lead, mentor, and manage regional property management teams to achieve business goals and professional development. - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures. - Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to address tenant concerns promptly and effectively. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for properties within the region. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all managed properties. - Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely and within budget.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively. - In-depth understanding of property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices. - Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial statements. - Ability to travel regularly within the region and handle a fast-paced work environment.
