$25-30 hr. Monday-Friday. Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day.

Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Seattle area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE - $25-30 /hr, depending on experience - Incentive pay tied to team growth, plus equity - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and PTO - Leadership role with direct input into how your team runs

SCHEDULE - Monday through Friday, daytime hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures - Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization - Educate patients and their families on care and next steps - Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 2+ years of dental assistant experience - Active state-level Dental Assistant certification - Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+ - Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office
