Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

Since our public launch, we've crossed $130M in Annualised Revenue and grown to over 10M users across 190+ countries , who have built 12M+ applications on Emergent. We're backed by Creaegis, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Lightspeed, Together, Y Combinator, Google, Claypond and Sentinel Global.

We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

What You'll Do: - Tackle open-ended, high-impact problems with structured thinking, solid research, and sharp execution - Take ownership across strategy, growth, and operations to unlock big opportunities - Work closely with product and business teams to bring a commercial lens to key decisions - Turn messy signals from usage, feedback, and sales into clear, actionable recommendations - Help define what success looks like and build processes to track it - Surface what's working versus what's stuck, and keep momentum strong across initiatives - Create and test hypotheses to unlock new growth opportunities - Identify innovative growth tactics that align with market trends and customer behavior

What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience, a mix of consulting and high-growth startup experience strongly preferred - An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of how startups work and scale - Proactive and able to own projects end-to-end without hand-holding - Excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders - A natural problem-solver who loves breaking down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps
