The Production Associate is responsible for efficiently performing all tasks related to the Fiber Web department in a safe manner. It is also responsible for providing accurate paperwork and record keeping and effectively using measuring and test equipment. Associates must follow all company rules and policies as well as OSHA/EPA regulations. This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is part of the Fiber/Web Department located in Deland, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Cross train and/or work on any Fiber/Web equipment as necessary. Perform other duties as required by management. - Maintain accurate records, logs, and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering. - Maintain an acceptable level of attendance (as measured by the Attendance Policy).

The essential requirements of the job include: - High school diploma, GED or equivalent. - Able to perform accurate record keeping and utilize basic math skills. - Able to use measuring equipment (calipers and micrometers) and test equipment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for a minimum of 10 hours per day. - Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs. - Ability to ascend/descend stairs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Working with Hazardous Chemicals. - Working with environmental regulations. - Working with steel microfibers in a heavy manufacturing environment.
