About the Role
As an Aesthetic Registered Nurse at Eden Health Club, you will provide advanced aesthetic treatments while developing long-term relationships with patients and creating individualized treatment plans based on their goals, anatomy, and clinical needs.
This role is ideal for an experienced injector who combines strong technical skills with excellent consultation abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a refined aesthetic eye.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of medical providers and wellness professionals in a high-end, collaborative environment focused on exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, clinical assessment, and professional recommendations - Administer neuromodulators including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and other products used within the practice - Administer dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation, contouring, balancing, and volume restoration - Perform additional aesthetic treatments based on training, competency, and scope of practice - Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment education and instructions - Set appropriate expectations and educate patients regarding treatment options, outcomes, risks, maintenance, and aftercare - Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation - Follow all medical protocols, safety standards, infection-control procedures, and clinical policies - Monitor patient outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care - Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional service and consistent clinical results - Maintain strong patient retention and satisfaction - Contribute to established clinical, retention, revenue, referral, and patient-experience goals - Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, aestheticians, and other members of the Eden team - Participate in ongoing education and training - Stay current on evolving aesthetic products, techniques, technologies, safety protocols, and industry best practices - Support a positive, professional, collaborative, and high-performing clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic injector who is confident, polished, personable, clinically responsible, and passionate about delivering natural, high-quality results.
You should have: - Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado - Significant hands-on experience administering aesthetic injectables - Strong experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers - Advanced understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety - Strong knowledge of facial balancing, contouring, rejuvenation, and individualized treatment planning - Proven ability to achieve consistent, natural-looking aesthetic results - Excellent consultation and patient education skills - Ability to confidently make professional treatment recommendations while respecting patient goals and expectations - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent organizational and documentation skills - Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with patients - A strong commitment to patient safety and ethical clinical practice - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude - Strong initiative and personal accountability - Commitment to continued education and professional development
Requirements
Experience
Five or more years of aesthetic injecting experience is preferred.
Strong candidates with substantial hands-on injecting experience, an excellent portfolio of results, and demonstrated clinical competency may also be considered.
Experience with the following is highly preferred: - Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and other neuromodulators - Allergan/Juvéderm fillers - Galderma/Restylane fillers - Merz/Belotero or Radiesse products - Advanced facial balancing and contouring techniques - PDO threads - Microneedling - PRP/PRF treatments - Regenerative aesthetic treatments - Medical-grade skincare - Working within a busy medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine practice

Starting salary: $70,000-$110,000 annually
Compensation will be based on experience, injecting skill, qualifications, clinical capabilities, and overall fit for the position.

Qualifications
Required: - Active Colorado Registered Nurse license - Professional aesthetic injecting experience - Hands-on experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers - Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety - Experience working within an aesthetic medicine, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar clinical environment
Preferred: - 5+ years of aesthetic injecting experience - Formal advanced aesthetic injector training - PDO thread experience - PRP/PRF experience - Microneedling experience - Advanced facial balancing and contouring experience - BLS/CPR certification - Experience working in a high-volume or luxury aesthetic practice
