ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations. You will work directly alongside the founding team to drive cross-functional execution and support strategic decision-making. The role is an excellent springboard for future founders who want broad exposure and real ownership early in their career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner closely with the founders across product, GTM, and operations as a trusted strategic resource. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to keep priorities aligned and accelerate execution. - Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete plans and track delivery against tight deadlines. - Provide technical context and project-level insights to support founder decision-making. - Own high-impact projects end-to-end, identifying and prioritizing what moves the company forward. - Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals, through formal training or equivalent hands-on experience. - Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver cross-functional initiatives under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close, day-to-day collaboration with founders and small teams. - Comfort with startup pace: shifting priorities, non-standard hours, and ambiguity. - Recently graduated or about to graduate, with a preference for candidates drawn to equity-weighted compensation. - Bonus: genuine interest in branding, design, or social channels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD per year, plus QESO equity options (0.15% to 0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a fully on-site role based in Stockholm, Sweden. Candidates must be willing and able to work in person in Stockholm.
