What You’ll Be Doing - Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical study management, ensuring delivery of high-quality services - Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams - Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes - Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to support study execution - Monitor study timelines and manage financial components, including budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation - Identify study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate - Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, negotiations, and relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration - Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and resource coordination - Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking for timely resolution - Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed - Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members
What We Look For - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field - 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry - Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Detail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness and accountability - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%
