Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | Full-Time | On-Call rotation every 3–4 weeks (Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Matchmaking: Pair the right caregivers with clients based on care needs, personality, and availability to ensure long-term consistency and trust. - Master Scheduling: Manage daily schedules, track staffing levels, and proactively fill open shifts to keep client care seamless. - Rapid Problem Solving: Respond quickly and calmly to last-minute call-outs, schedule changes, or emergencies. - Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our recruiting team to identify hiring needs and communicate constantly with caregivers, clients, and Cheer Care Managers. - On-Call Support: Participate in a rotated weekend on-call schedule (every 3rd or 4th weekend) to handle urgent after-hours needs.

Requirements - Adaptability & Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence, an upbeat personality, and the composure needed to handle dynamic scheduling changes in a fast-paced setting. - 2+ years of scheduling experience within a Home Care, Home Health, or healthcare environment preferred. - Organizational & Technical Mastery: Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong computer proficiency (experience with scheduling software, database management, and Google Workspace). - Communication & Relationship Building: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect, and foster trust with caregivers, clients, and team members. - Ability to successfully pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check (LIC 9163) and provide proof of negative TB test results. - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
