Senior Tech Specialist, Network

Job requirements Job Summary Experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in Blue Coat ProxySG (Broadcom/Symantec Proxy), Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and Network Security Operations. Responsible for managing secure internet access, web filtering, proxy administration, policy enforcement, troubleshooting, and security infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Blue Coat ProxySG appliances. - Implement URL filtering, web access, content filtering, and authentication policies. - Create and maintain whitelist and blacklist rules. - Configure and troubleshoot SSL inspection/decryption. - Monitor proxy performance, logs, and web traffic. - Perform ProxySG upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities. - Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and web application connectivity issues. - Analyze logs and traffic to support security investigations and compliance requirements. - Integrate ProxySG with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO solutions. - Manage and support Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and VPN technologies. - Perform network and security incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. - Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices. - Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support enterprise security initiatives.
