Some Sales Jobs Pay You Once. This One Keeps Paying.

Most outside sales jobs work the same way: you close an account, you get paid, and then you start over with the next one.

This job doesn't work that way.

An apartment community isn't one sale. It's dozens or hundreds of units, a property manager who often oversees other properties too, and an ongoing need that doesn't go away after the first project. Build one strong relationship in this market and it can generate business for years.

RestorePro is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to build exactly those relationships across Greater Charlotte — and to get paid on what they produce, not just once, but again and again.

How This Job Actually Pays

A property manager oversees a portfolio, not a single address. A regional manager oversees several properties. A plumber or HVAC contractor sees water damage on a recurring basis. An insurance professional works across an entire book of business.

Every one of those relationships, done right, turns into repeat opportunities. That's the economic engine behind this role — not chasing one-time jobs, but building a referral network that compounds.

The Company Behind You

RestorePro has served the Greater Charlotte Metro area since 1998, completing tens of thousands of restoration projects. You won't be building this territory on behalf of an unproven name — you'll have an established operations team, marketing support, and a company with decades of credibility behind every conversation you have.

A Day in the Field

•      Calling on new multifamily and commercial accounts

•      Sitting down face-to-face with property managers, regional managers, and facility directors

•      Building relationships with ownership and management groups

•      Partnering with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals already working these properties

•      Running emergency-response planning conversations before there's ever a loss

•      Showing up at apartment association and commercial real estate events

•      Keeping a disciplined follow-up cadence with prospects and referral partners

•      Tracking activity and opportunities in CRM

•      Handing off to operations once a relationship turns into an active project

This is a hunting role with relationship-building underneath it, not a maintenance account or a desk job. You'll have training, coaching, and operational support — but the pipeline still starts with you picking up the phone and walking in the door.

What Winning Looks Like

•      A territory where property managers call you before they call anyone else

•      A referral network that keeps generating leads without starting from zero each month

•      A full CRM pipeline you can point to and measure

•      Revenue that grows because your relationships are working for you, not just your prospecting

Apply Today

If you want a sales role where the relationships you build keep paying you back, apply today to join RestorePro as a Territory Sales Representative in Greater Charlotte.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

•      2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience, ideally with multifamily housing or commercial properties as your customer base

•      A track record of opening new accounts and building relationships with decision-makers

•      Comfort face-to-face with property-level and regional decision-makers

•      Strong organization and CRM discipline

•      The ability to run a field territory independently

Restoration experience isn't required. If you already know how to sell into multifamily properties — from any angle — that matters more.

Who Fits This Role

We're looking at two kinds of candidates for this territory, and both are valid paths in.

Multifamily and property management professionals who already know property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups and want to turn those relationships into a sales career.

B2B sales professionals who already call on apartment communities in a different category and are ready to add a higher-value service to those same relationships — including backgrounds in:

•      Pest control

•      Parking lot services

•      Landscaping and grounds maintenance

•      Janitorial services

•      Fire safety and fire extinguisher services

•      B2B plumbing or roofing sales into multifamily housing

•      Flooring, painting, or turn/make-ready services

•      Amenity or appliance supply

•      Multifamily software or PropTech

•      Waste management

•      Security and access-control systems

•      Renters insurance

If you're already walking into these properties for a living, you're closer to qualified for this role than you might think.
