Job description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Work effectively in a team environment •Must be able to perform all work allocated •Must be able to work from blueprints, process sheets and/or instructions. •Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills. •Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Requirements
Education: •High school diploma or GED
Experience/Knowledge: •Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing •Experience working in a manufacturing environment •Experience with general assembly
Specific Job Skills: •Computer Skills •Organizational Skills •Communication Skills •Interpersonal Skills •Teamwork Skills •Time Management
Physical Activity/Requirements: • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. Must be able to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
