Required Qualifications: - Clearance: U.S. Citizen; TS/SCI. - Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Certification: Agile certification e.g., CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP). - Location: Full-time on-site in San Antonio, TX. - Experience and Knowledge: - Mid-level comprehensive knowledge and apply expertise on multiple complex tasks requiring originality; operates with appreciable latitude in methodology and solutions; contributes to deliverables and metrics. - Knowledgeable in Agile methodology and Scrum; coordinates sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Manages timelines and scope; works with product owners on backlogs; resolves problems and removes obstacles. - Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration; point of contact for external communications. - Experience with Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence or equivalent) and cross-team coordination. - Familiarity with cybersecurity and RMF delivery contexts; strong facilitation and communication skills. - Minimum years of experience - 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: - Clearance: Active TS/SCI. - Education: Advanced degree in a related field. - Certification: Advanced CSM (A-CSM), PSM II, or SAFe Scrum Master. - Experience and Knowledge: - Experience supporting cyber or DevSecOps programs. - Experience supporting software factory environments. - Experience producing metrics and status reporting. - Experience coordinating multiple concurrent teams.
