About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric clients in Lakewood, CO . You’ll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.

Compensation & Scheduling: - Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit - Start of Care Visits:  Up to $120 per SOC - Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week - Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans - Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise - Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence - Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated support

Requirements - A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado - Proven experience in home health or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation - A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
