Job description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in Falfurrias, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction experience, but previous construction experience is preferred, not required .
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, following instructions, and working safely as part of a team.
Requirements - Previous construction experience preferred but not required - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds - Ability to stand, bend, climb and work outdoors for extended periods - Comfortable working in heat, cold and changing weather conditions - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required - Must pass applicable background screening and drug testing - Experience with commercial or industrial construction - OSHA certification is preferre
