Responsibilities:

Must have a experience in Generator Parts and Service to be considered for this position. - Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers. - Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for service orders and deliver to site. - Process customer orders and provide accurate price estimates. - Assist in generating sales by promoting services and parts to customers. - Address customer inquiries and provide timely and efficient support. - Collaborate with service technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred. - Strong computer skills and proficiency in using web-based programs. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient coordination of operations. - Valid driver's license and good driving record.
