For more information, visit <a href="wppmedia.com">wppmedia.com</a>.</div> Role Summary and Impact  The Associate, Activation Linear Planning  will support the team in the creation and optimization of effective offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio), based on in-depth analysis and clear objectives. This role is key in supporting reporting activities and developing data-driven competitive analyses. We are looking for an individual with a sharp analytical mind, eager to learn and develop their skills within a leading media agency. Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Collaborate in the planning and management of offline media campaigns, adhering to guidelines provided by the Manager.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Collect and process data for competitive analysis, identifying market trends and opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Actively utilize specific media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox for plan development.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Support the preparation of detailed reports on campaign performance and budget allocation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Coordinate internally with relevant teams (e.g., creative agencies) for material collection and space management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Actively participate in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions, contributing insights and observations.</li> </ul> Requirements  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in media planning (preferably within a Media Agency), with a focus on offline media.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Crucial knowledge of TV planning; familiarity with Print and Radio will be considered a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Good working knowledge and proficiency with industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Sharp analytical mindset, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Strong propensity for teamwork and collaboration.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to develop new skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Bachelor's degree or equivalent cultural background.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Very Good command of English (written and spoken).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li> </ul>   Life at WPP Media & Benefits  Our passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
