You will create environments where employees can do their best work, feel connected to our culture, and receive seamless support throughout their journey at Vivid Seats.  This position plays a key role in supporting workplace operations and employee experience across our Chicago headquarters and additional office locations, including Coppell and Las Vegas. Working closely with the Workplace Experience Manager, this position helps ensure our offices are welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently.  Through a combination of workplace coordination, employee engagement, communications, and operational support, this role contributes to creating a positive and productive employee experience.  We're looking for someone who is equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and strategic operator.
