The role focuses on enabling seamless data movement, system connectivity, and interoperability across platforms, ensuring that integrations are maintainable, performant, and aligned with architectural standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working within an Agile product delivery model, this role contributes to both the continuous evolution of integration capabilities and the stability of core data flows. The Integration Engineer partners closely with Platform Engineers, Product Managers, and Data teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end technology solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is suited for individuals with strong technical depth who are motivated to build and improve integration architecture and data pipelines within an enterprise environment.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Integration Engineering &amp; Quality</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure all integration solutions meet data privacy, security, and audit requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement secure data exchange practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure file transfer (e.g., SFTP)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow established governance, release management, and change control practices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure integration solutions align with platform architecture and engineering standards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to improving integration standards, documentation, and engineering practices</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, including design and delivery of Workday integrations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience building and deploying integrations using:</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Workday Studio</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Core Connectors and EIBs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record to design and troubleshoot integration solutions, including data transformation, interface logic, and failure handling</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience implementing secure data exchange mechanisms, including encryption and secure file transfer</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience developing Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows across integrations and business processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, including evaluating trade-offs between speed, complexity, and maintainability</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with ownership of defined workstreams or sub-projects</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to clearly articulate personal contributions to delivered solutions, including specific integrations and technical components</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"
