ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Key Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Skechers Canada's most strategic wholesale accounts. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of  contact for key retail partners, ensuring alignment with Skechers' brand vision and business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key wholesale accounts, acting as the

- primary liaison between Skechers Canada and retail partners.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue

- goals, and market share objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while prospecting

- for potential new key account partnerships.

- Conduct compelling product presentations and seasonal line reviews, effectively

- communicating Skechers' brand story and product offerings.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports for senior

- management on a regular basis.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities

- and provide strategic recommendations.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandising,

- Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless account execution and customer

- satisfaction.

- Represent Skechers at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across

- Canada as required.

- Oversee order placement, delivery schedules, and inventory management to ensure timely

- and accurate fulfillment for key accounts.

- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional planning in alignment

- with company guidelines and profitability targets.

- Participate in company projects and initiatives.

- Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

- satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or

- ability required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in wholesale sales, key account management, or a related

- role within the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape and wholesale distribution

- channels.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

- simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM

- platforms is an asset.

- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States as required.

- Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
