About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

You'll lead Product Management for our Mobile App channel within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This team helps brands talk to their customers right inside mobile apps — through push notifications, in-app messages, mobile wallet passes, and more.

As Director, you'll set the vision for how we become the best mobile app marketing platform out there. You'll work with a talented team of product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists. You'll also partner closely with companies like Apple and Google to bring new mobile features to our customers first.

This role sits at the intersection of mobile technology and marketing — helping the world's biggest brands create amazing experiences on the devices people use most.

This is a hybrid work environment based in Seattle, WA.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Set the direction, develop requirements and take features to market. Define what our mobile app product should look like in 1, 3, and 5 years. Build a roadmap that keeps us ahead of the competition.

- Partner externally. Work directly with mobile OS providers and technology partners to unlock new capabilities and deepen our feature set.

- Ship great products. Prioritize what we build, work with engineering to deliver it, and measure how well it performs for customers.

- Lead the AI strategy for Mobile App Experiences space across Salesforce, driving conversations and AI created and built experiences within the mobile app.

- Know the market. Stay on top of changes in mobile — new OS releases, SDK updates, privacy shifts, and what competitors are doing.

- Talk to customers and drive adoption. Understand what marketers need, what frustrates them, and where we can make their lives easier.

- What you'll gain: Deep expertise at the cutting edge of mobile marketing, executive visibility across Salesforce, and the chance to shape a product used by thousands of global brands.

You’re Our Person If…

- You have 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading other PM in a non-people leadership role.

- You understand the mobile device and OS landscape (iOS, Android, app store rules, platform changes).

- You have hands-on experience with mobile app product management and design including adoption and communication strategies — push notifications, in-app messaging, behavioral events, or mobile SDKs.

- You know how SDKs work inside branded mobile apps and can talk fluently with technical partners.

- You've worked with external partners (like Apple, Google, or other platform providers) to shape product direction.

- You can explain complex technical ideas in simple terms to customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

- You have a track record of shipping products that customers love.

- You have fluency using Claude and other AI tools to create competitive analysis, rapid prototypes, requirements and documents.

- Able to travel up to 25%, including internationally (release planning, customer engagements/events).

- A related technical degree required.

Even Better If…

- You have experience with mobile wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) or Live Activities.

- You've worked in marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms before.

- You understand behavioral event tracking and how it drives personalization.

- You've built or managed products at a platform/ecosystem level (APIs, SDKs, developer tools).

- You have experience in a fast-moving enterprise SaaS environment.
