Zendesk a plus. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Familiarity with game ecosystems (accounts, entitlements, live ops, player lifecycle).</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Experience partnering with game teams, Product, Engineering, and Live Operations.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong analytical mindset with experience in experi
