This role focuses on maintaining high-quality content, improving search visibility, and driving digital growth through strong day-to-day execution.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Pay Range:</strong> Depending on Experience 71,000-100,000</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own <strong>digital shelf execution</strong> across retailers, ensuring product pages are accurate, complete, and up to date</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Optimize product content (titles, images, descriptions, keywords) to improve <strong>search visibility and conversion</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage item setup and content syndication across platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with brand, sales, and creative teams to deliver and maintain content for new items, seasonal updates, and transitions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor product pages across key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.) and proactively identify issues and opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze content performance, search trends, and competitor activity to inform improvements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute test-and-learns and track results to support optimization efforts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support development of digital best practices and playbooks</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Experience &amp; Skills</strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>1–3 years of relevant experience</strong> in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with retailer.com environments (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and content tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo) preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of <strong>SEO and digital shelf fundamentals</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and organization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working with data and translating it into actionable insights</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with <strong>Excel and/or Power BI</strong> preferred</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Good Stuff – Benefits</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Our team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace.
