Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten teams including: Digital Assets & Data Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Digital Trading & Investing, Field Experience & Platforms, UX Design & Research, WM Artificial Intelligence, WM Strategic Solutions, Workplace Platforms, WM Platforms Risk, and the WM Platforms Chief Operating Office.
WM Artificial Intelligence drives Wealth Management's AI strategy and delivery, building foundational AI capabilities, and orchestrating AI-driven experiences for Advisors, branch support, clients, and operations to improve efficiency, support, and client service.
The WM Artificial Intelligence team is seeking a high performing Content Strategy Business Analyst with a passion for creating an outstanding User Experience for both Content Owners/Authors and end users through AI integration.
What you’ll do in the role:
Content Development & Knowledge Management
- Leverage AI tools to assist with improving the content quality of an internal Knowledge Management platform used by US-based financial advisors and support professionals.
- Respond to requests for assistance from Content Owners/Authors and to feedback from end users.
- Help identify, develop and manage new content areas to meet the needs of end users.
- Assist in maintaining content governance standards, including metadata tagging and AI-readiness best practices.
Analytics, AI Insights & Performance
- Utilize AI-generated outputs to make editorial recommendations about Knowledge Management content.
- Help develop AI-driven business requirements that drive the strategic improvement of our Content Management and reporting applications.
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to develop and maintain KPI reporting for content performance.
- Assist with data collection and AI analysis of tool usage to identify causes and solutions for internal content issues.
Stakeholder Engagement, Standards and Enablement
- Support Wealth Management AI team leaders in driving the adoption of content standards and tools across the internal content generation and end-user communities.
- Work toward delivering AI-powered self-serve capabilities to Knowledge Management content owners and end users.
- Become an expert in the intersection between user experience and content: educate Content Owners about ideal page build-ups and AI content-readiness.
- Communicate to Content Owners about standards, governance, training and analytics topics via email, Community Calls and individual virtual meetings.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 0-2 years of experience in a business setting with a focus on AI tool> An interest in or a proven ability analyzing data for insights to make strategic business decisions
- Outstanding English Language Writing skills
- Well-developed, relentless, but good-natured project management skills
- Intermediate to high-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- A diligent commitment to meeting and beating goals and deadlines
- Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Intrinsic motivation (self-starter)
You might also have:
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Website and content management experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
