If you want to be part of this transformation and leave your mark, your place is here.</p> <p>Become Sangue Laranja.</p></div><div> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Generate new mortgage business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective borrowers and referral partners.</li> <li>Consistently achieve loan production and business development goals.</li> <li>Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.</li> <li>Evaluate clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.</li> <li>Convert leads into funded loans while delivering a positive customer experience.</li> <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with processors, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.</li> <li>Collect, review, and maintain accurate loan documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Stay current on mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required.</li> <li>Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or in a related mortgage lending role.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in generating mortgage business and converting leads into funded loans.</li> <li>Strong sales, business development, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Fluent English, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Spanish proficiency.</li> <li>Experience with mortgage origination systems and CRM platforms.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of mortgage products and residential lending practices.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (100% employer-paid coverage available).</li> <li>Company-paid Life Insurance.</li> <li>Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.</li> <li>22 days of paid vacation annually.</li> <li>56 hours of paid sick leave annually.</li> <li>8 hours of paid personal time annually.</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% employer match.</li> <li>Annual Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus based on individual and company performance.</li> </ul> <h2>Recruitment Process</h2> <ul> <li>Resume review.</li> <li>Initial screening call to discuss qualifications, experience, and role expectations.</li> <li>Interview with the Talent Acquisition team.</li> <li>Interviews with hiring leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Employment offer.</li> </ul> </div>
