What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operate a front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile materials throughout the yard

- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete basic preventative maintenance tasks

- Maintain consistent material flow to support plant and customer needs

- Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and operational guidelines

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and operational excellence

- Dependable and motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective communication skills and willingness to follow instructions

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands

Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
