<p>Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.</p> <p>We are looking for a Finance Manager. In summary, the role will have responsibilities spread between FP&amp;A and Strategic Finance.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A): Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.</li> <li>Strategic Finance: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods.</li> <li>Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders.</li> <li>Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes through data analytics and automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Education: Agnostic. A track record as a proactive self-learner is more important.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a balanced background in FP&amp;A, strategic finance within the manufacturing industry.</li> <li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li> <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial and data concepts clearly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in Deeptech e.g. AI.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $200,000 - $260,000 annually.</p> <p>The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.&nbsp;</p>
