We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our Boston team.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner and right hand to our <strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="82">Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)</strong>. We are looking for a true C-level Executive Assistant who understands the high-stakes flow of the executive suite and thrives on keeping things moving smoothly across both corporate vision and global revenue generation. You will be the internal champion who helps drive momentum—someone who naturally anticipates needs, connects the dots between strategy and sales execution, and ensures key initiatives stay on track. While your primary focus is keeping our top executives aligned and moving forward, you will also help maintain the vibrant heartbeat and culture of our Boston hub.</p> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Manage complex, fast-moving calendars</strong> with a highly proactive approach, optimizing both executives' time, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring key business and revenue projects progress smoothly.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Maintain open, clear communication loops</strong> with the CEO and CRO, keeping leadership effortlessly informed and aligned in real time across different time zones.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Oversee intricate domestic and international travel logistics</strong>, ensuring seamless, end-to-end itineraries optimized for critical board meetings and global client engagements.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Join key leadership and revenue meetings</strong> to capture critical action items, organize global all-hands and executive on-sites, and help facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Engage with relevant Slack channels</strong> to help maintain team organization, track cross-functional deliverables, share executive reminders, and keep global regional teams connected.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Partner with our Europe-based Workplace Experience team</strong> to keep the Boston office welcoming and functional, while organizing engaging local events that bring our Boston team together.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>This role is in-person (Monday - Friday) in our Boston Office to ensure seamless, real-time collaboration.</em></strong></p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What Sets You Apart</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proven experience supporting C-level executives</strong> (ideally a CEO and/or Go-To-Market/Revenue leader) in a dynamic, fast-paced global scaling environment.
