<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Associate to join Chime’s Growth &amp; Marketing Finance team. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Data to manage marketing budget, evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. Our team’s mandate is to bring rigorous, data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a thought partner to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping how Chime evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunities—from new acquisition strategies to new growth partnerships. You will manage a dynamic budget to optimize growth and ROI, build organized trackers and analytical frameworks, and translate performance data into clear recommendations that influence how and where we invest.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a clear, confident communicator with a strong bias toward action. You excel at building strong cross-functional partnerships, know how to balance precision with speed, and will play a key role in improving the accuracy and reliability of our growth and marketing forecasts over time.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $119,000.00 and up to $165,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
