We are seeking a <strong>Senior/Staff Product Manager </strong>to take ownership of this vital area, ensuring a seamless and optimized marketplace experience that supports our partners and guarantees guests a reliable and premium ride.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>YOUR CHALLENGE:</h3> <p>As a Senior/Staff Product Manager for the Marketplace team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to our partners, allowing them to pick those that align with their preferences.</li> <li>Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace, from offer creation to selection.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful product improvements.</li> <li>Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities that enhance the efficiency of our partner scheduling process and ensure no guest requests go unmet.</li> <li>Prioritize the right projects that align with business goals, balancing partner needs with guest experience requirements.</li> <li>Maintain a strong understanding of partner behaviors and market dynamics to adjust the marketplace strategy and product roadmap.</li> <li>Act as the main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business to ensure the marketplace achieves its goals.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>ABOUT YOU:</h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who brings:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager.</li> <li>Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles and launching data-driven product improvements.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver successful outcomes.</li> <li>You have worked directly with Data Science or Machine Learning Teams.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.</li> <li>Bonus points if you have experience working with logistics, transportation, or B2B marketplace products.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <h3><a href="https://www.blacklane.com/en/">About Blacklane</a></h3> <p>Our mission is simple but powerful: to become the world’s leading premium, global chauffeur service.
